Food Vendors & Commercial Exhibits

Applications for the 2025 Warren County Fair are now OPEN!

Applications will be reviewed in March of 2025. Vendors will be notified by mail.

Here's the details:

• Set-up of portable food stands will begin on the Saturday preceding the opening day of the Fair. All food stands must be open for the public by 8 am on Wednesday of opening day. Food stands typically close between 10-11 pm.
• Vehicles will only be allowed in the fairgrounds vendor area to service concession displays between 11 pm and 6 am during the fair. No parking of personal vehicles is allowed next to concession stands. Unload or load your vehicle quickly and remove the vehicle from the grounds as soon as possible.
• All menu items need to be approved prior to the start of the fair.
• Electrical needs must be approved if over 110 volt, 20 amp service.

Note: Returning vendors will have the first opportunity to reserve their same booth space as the previous year.

Lester and Morton Buildings (dates for 2025 will be listed soon!)

Set-Up: Tuesday, July 23, 2024 from 12-8 pm. All booths must be set-up before 8 pm. Bring everything you need, including tables, chairs, extension cords, tape, fans, etc.

Building Hours: 10 am - 9 pm

Tear Down: Commercial booth exhibitors can begin tearing down at 9 pm Sunday evening. No tear down is allowed prior to 9 pm. The building will remain open until 11 pm Sunday evening. The building will also be open Monday morning for tear down.

Important Information:

• No food or drink is allowed (except for water & exhibitor’s lunch) in a commercial exhibit. No food or drink can be given away in the building.
• Video/TV/computer/laptop must be turned down to respect the nearby booth exhibitors. The Fair reserves the right to ask the booth personnel to face the Video/TV/Computer/Laptop away from the aisle and face into the booth.
• Absolutely no guns, knives or sharp objects allowed in the booth to be sold.
• No alcohol, illegal drugs or articles referencing illegal substances.
• Sale of pornographic material, drug paraphernalia or symbols, martial arts materials, or other articles deemed offensive by management will be strictly prohibited by the Warren County Fair. Exhibitor will be asked to pull offensive items and may cause immediate dismissal from the grounds.
• No flyers, signage or other advertisements are allowed outside of the booth area. Signage will be provided by the Fair.
• No announcements will be made over the PA for individual exhibitors.

Outdoor Exhibits

Set-Up: By appointment only, preferably on Sunday, July 21; Monday, July 22; or Tuesday, July 23 prior to noon. All exhibits must be in place by Tuesday, July 23th at noon. ·

Hours: Set by each exhibitor. The fair encourages outdoor exhibits to be open similar hours as the Lester and Morton Buildings.
