Several of the buildings on the fairgrounds can be rented for personal or business use. Please note: rental space is not available during the fair. Here is information about the most commonly rented buildings:
4-H Building
With finished walls and ceiling fans, this large building is ideal for wedding receptions, banquets, family reunions and more! 40 tables and 280 chairs are include with the rental, as well as the restroom facilities and garbage pick-up.
Lester Building

Important Information
- 4-H and Lester building: Must have homeowners insurance policy name and policy number available at the time of making deposit and reservation.
- There are NO kitchen facilities available, and neither building has heat or air conditioning.
- Alcohol may be given away to guests of legal drinking age, but no alcohol is to be SOLD at the Warren County Fairgrounds.
- For weekend rental, building keys may be picked up Friday morning and must be returned the following Monday morning.
- Other buildings and facilities available upon request.
- Renter will be responsible for inquiring about other events scheduled for the same day as their event.
