Available For Rent
4-H Building
$400 ($200 deposit
required at time of reservation)
With finished walls and ceiling fans, this large building is ideal for
wedding receptions, banquets, family reunions and more! 40 tables and 280
chairs are include with the rental, as well as the restroom facilities and
garbage pick-up.
Lester Building
$400 ($200 deposit required at
time of reservation)
This "unfinished" building is great for family picnics and other informal
events. Restroom facilities and garbage pick-up are included with the
rental of this building. In addition, up to 40 tables can be rented for $4 each, and 280 chairs are available for
40¢ each.
Note: There are NO
kitchen facilities available, and neither building has heat or air
conditioning. Alcohol may be served to guests of legal drinking
age, but no alcohol is to be SOLD at the Warren County Fairgrounds.
For weekend rental, building
keys may be picked up Friday morning and must be returned the following
Monday morning.

buildings and facilities available upon request.
4H and
Lester building: Must have homeowners insurance policy name and
policy number available at the time of making deposit and reservation.
* Renter will be responsible for inquiring
about other events scheduled for the same day as their event.

Campgrounds
 Our shaded campgrounds are centrally located near restaurants, churches
and gas stations, plus a grocery store is directly across the street.
Campsites are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis (except during the
County Fair) for $15 per night. Water hook-up and 30 amp electric
is provided at each site. Showers and restroom facilities are available to
campground guests. A waste water dump station is also located on the
grounds.

 Camping
During the Fair
- Camping sign-up will be
during Fair Entry week.
- No campers will be allowed
to park in their assigned spot before 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 22,
2007. Any campers that arrive prior to 2:00 p.m. will remain outside the
camping area until that time.
- Camping fee is $75.00 per
camper. All tents (including any tents accompanying a camper) will be
charged $55.00.
- Anyone asked to remove
their tent or camper will do so with no refund.
- Campground curfew is
midnight. Lights must be out and campground must be quiet.
- Adult Supervision is
required for each camper/tent.
- Consumption of alcoholic
beverages is prohibited on all fairground property.
- Any vehicle without a
sticker or wrong color sticker may be towed at the owner's expense.
